An animation to be shown in secondary schools in Gwynedd to encourage an open, safe and honest discussion about menstruation.
The script is inspired by young female students from Gwynedd schools imagining living aligned with their menstrual cycle.
This project was funded by the Welsh Government's Menstrual Dignity scheme through Gwynedd Council.
